Ensembles

Playing/singing with other musicians in a group is one of the great thrills and joys of music-making! WMS/DMS offers instrumental and vocal ensembles from chamber groups to large ensembles for children, teens and adults at every level. Although practicing, honing one’s skills and performing as a soloist are extremely rewarding, playing/singing in an ensemble is an equally extraordinary experience. WMS/DMS ensemble directors focus on developing each ensemble within an age-appropriate educational framework, guiding participants to learn about blend, balance, stylistic accuracy and expressive content. Concerts throughout the year feature and highlight WMS/DMS ensembles.
